Senior Thesis: WINGS

	For her Senior Thesis, Danielle created a multi-media installation piece centered around the themes of "freedom" and "hope". The piece was also created as promotion for Not For Sale Campaign, an open-source organization committed to re-abolishing slavery.
"Hope is the Thing With Feathers" Multi Media Installation Gordon College: Barrington Gallery 2009	This piece is 21 ft wide, constructed of Sintra (PVC foam), Acetate, Wood, Acrylics, and Gold Leaf. It was designed as a kinetic sculpture, operated by a gear motor.



	In addition to this multi media installation piece, Danielle also designed T-shirts. The design contains a stylized version of the wings on the back overlaying a quote which helped inspire the WINGS design. All profits from the sale of these shirts goes to Not For Sale Campaign.
